She also requested a follow-up for a procedure change that was addressed at the <br />Council Retreat. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader requested an update on the Park District from Everett Housing Authority. <br /> <br />President Schwab requested an update on Everett Transit consolidation as discussed by a public <br />commenter. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 10-minute executive session pursuant to RCW <br />42.30.110(1)(i) with anticipated Council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Weir, to approve the following <br />consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8290 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,265,002.40 for the period of March 21, 2026, through March 27, 2026. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8291 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $6,064,634.41 for the period ending March 21, 2026. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL- TREE POLICY & LANDSCAPING DEVELOPMENT <br />
