Power SystemProposed power system planProvided by Garrett Doran, Director of Operations for AENWFIFA viewing partyBoxcar ParkEverett WA <br />1) AENW will provide 3 separate 45 KVA generators, based on the specified needs for audio, lighting and videoelements also listed in the over all AENW proposala. 125A service for audiob. 125A service for video and lightingc. Backup generatord. Separating generators by department eliminates hums in audio system caused by dimmers and motors,and eliminated fading of video and lighting caused by system voltage drops from subwoofer inrushcurrent2) All 3 generators, and all stage systems, will share a single common ground to eliminate hazards from groundfaults3) If allowed per city and Port of Everett, AENW will either drive ground rods or connect system to existinggrounded infrastructurea. Earth ground not required for portable generators, but is a best practice which we adhere to wheneverable, and most staging manufacturers specifyb. Will get utility locate from cityc. Will ask authorization from city officials prior to utilizing any existing infrastructured. All equipment grounding will be tested for continuity to show 0.1 ohm or less between ground systems4) All mains connections and ground connections on site will be done using 16 series cam locka. Any bare lug on site will be fitted with bare-wire cam lock tails, so no crew ever handles bare wire5) AENW will provide cable ramps for backstage vehicle crossing6) AENW will use all 600V rated mains cables7) All generators will be ultra-quiet so as to not impact the audience experience8) Generators will be towed in and parked during the stage build, and removed after the end of the eventa. AENW will handle all towing and fueling9) All generators will be secured using locking hitches and safety cables, with locks on all access doors andcontrol panels
