City of Everett 01 32 16 - 4 <br />PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer - Construction Package 2 WO# UP-3815-02 <br />01 32 16 - 4 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULES AND REPORTS <br />4) Shutdowns and/or outages <br />5) Preparation and submittal of all material and equipment as shown in the <br />Specifications. <br />6) Submittal and review per Specification Section 01 33 00 Submittal <br />Procedures. <br />7) Record drawing preparation and submission. <br />8) Report and schedule preparation per this Section. <br />9) Operations and maintenance manuals preparation and submission. <br />10) Start-up and testing. <br />11) Closeout Activities. <br />c. Track fabrication and delivery activities of major items to be incorporated into <br />the work. <br />d. Include all data files created by the software with the schedule. This shall <br />include, but not limited to, all required reports. <br />3. In preparing the schedule, allocate the work into discrete activities such that the <br />duration of each activity does not exceed 21 calendar days, unless approved <br />otherwise by the Project Representative. Non-construction activities (e.g., <br />submittals, procurement, fabrication, punch list, operations and maintenance <br />manuals, training, etc.) may have durations in excess of 21 calendar days. <br />4. Activity master list includes the following information from each activity: <br />a. Activity Number. <br />b. Activity Description: Adequately describes the activity as if it were looked at by <br />itself. <br />c. Performing Organization: Identification of company or firm performing the <br />activity. <br />d. Major Activity Identifier: Code for activity relationship to the work breakdown <br />structure. <br />5. Activities related to submittals and procurement shall reflect subsets showing <br />submittal preparation, submittal and review time for shop drawings, product data, <br />samples, fabrication and delivery time. <br />6. Schedule shall include hours of work, identification of the holidays and non- <br />workdays applicable to the schedule, constraints and milestones defined in <br />Specification Section 01 12 16 Work Sequence and other Sections within the <br />Contract Documents. <br />7. Prepare network diagrams on 11-inch x 17-inch or larger sheets. Network diagrams <br />shall include the following contents for each activity: <br />a. Number. <br />b. Description. <br />c. Duration. <br />d. Early Start/Late Start. <br />e. Early Finish/Late Finish. <br />f. Predecessors. <br />g. Successors. <br />h. Float.
