The Supplemental Instructions to Bidders (Section 00 22 13) states that the Bidder (or <br />Project specialty subcontractor) must have successfully completed at minimum three <br />trenchless pipeline installations within ten years prior to bid opening using pipe ramming, <br />jacking, or microtunneling methods for stormwater or municipal wastewater conveyance <br />pipelines with a carrier pipe diameter of at least 30 inches. At least two separate projects <br />must be used to satisfy this requirement.
