ASPECT CONSULTING <br />40 FINAL PROJECT NO. AS190583A-08  MAY 21, 2025 <br />Based on the closure work completed and Ecology’s November 2012 inspection, the <br />RCRA closure activities for the mill achieved compliance with Chapter 173-303 WAC <br />requirements for clean closure (Aspect, 2013b). Ecology approved the Closure Report on <br />November 12, 2013 (Ecology, 2012d). <br /> <br />
