AS190583A-08 MAY 21, 2025 FINAL 67 <br /> <br />contaminant transport along the complete groundwater flow path within the Upland Area. <br />The individual units are described in the following subsections. <br />6.2.1 Unit A <br />The boundaries, current and historical features, IA excavation areas, and collective <br />explorations for Unit A are depicted on Figure 6-A1. The warehouse is the only building <br />remaining within Unit A. The historical operational areas identified within Unit A are the <br />following: <br /> Former Bulk Fuel Storage Facilities (Standard Oil and Associated Oil) <br /> Old Machine Shop area <br />During the first IA, the only IA area within Unit A was the Bunker C ASTs area <br />(Aspect, 2015a). The second IA included soil removal within the Old Machine Shop area <br />(Aspect, 2021). <br />6.2.2 Unit B <br />The boundaries, current and historical features, IA excavation areas, and collective <br />explorations for Unit B are depicted on Figure 6-B1. Currently, no structures remain <br />within Unit B. The historical operational areas identified within Unit B are the following: <br /> Acid Plant <br /> Boilers area <br /> Pulp Mill area <br /> Hog Fuel Pile <br /> Old Paint Shop area (location 18 on Figure 2-2) <br /> Central Maintenance Shop area <br />During the first IA, the IA areas within Unit B were the following (Aspect, 2015a): <br /> Bunker C USTs 71, 72, 73 area <br /> Boiler/Baghouse area <br /> GF-11 area <br /> Heavy Duty Shop Sump area <br /> Rail Car Dumper area <br /> UST 70 area <br /> REC2-MW-5 area (near Diesel AST) <br /> BA-MW-6 area <br />During the second IA, the IA areas within Unit B were as follows (Aspect, 2021): <br /> Central Maintenance Shop (CMS) area <br /> PM-B-6 area
