Scope of Work <br />ATTACHMENT <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Interim Procurement Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight <br />of the City’s Purchasing and Procurement function, ensuring continuity of services, compliance <br />with City policy, and consistent support to departments. In parallel, the Interim Procurement <br />Manager will conduct a comprehensive GAP Analysis of the Procurement Division and provide <br />written recommendations to strengthen efficiency, compliance, service delivery, and alignment <br />with industry best practices.
