7 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> publication of said notice. Any person aesiring to bid for said <br /> property may bid for one or more of said lots. Said notice shall <br /> describe said property, and shall give such other information as may <br /> be necessary. Any person whose bid is accepted for said property <br /> or any portion of the same shall pay the amount of said. bid in cash <br /> to said city- within ten days after the acceptance of said bid. <br /> Section 3: The city council shall meet at the time fixed <br /> in said notice for the purpose of considering bids received for <br /> said property, and may accept the highest and best bid for said <br /> lots, or any of said lots , provided that any and all bids may be <br /> rejected. <br /> Section 4: If no satisfactory bid is received for said <br /> property, or any portion of the same, the city council may re-adver- <br /> tise for bids for any portion of said property not so sold, or it <br /> may sell said property at private sale. <br /> Section 3: If any p srson chose bid is accepted by the <br /> council for said property, or any portion of the same, fails to pay <br /> for said property within ten days after the acceptance of said bid, <br /> the council may reject such bid. <br /> Section 6: If any bid for said property, or any portion <br /> of said property is accepted by the city council, or if said prop- <br /> erty is sold at private sale, the mayor and city clerk are hereby <br /> authorized to execute the necessary deed or deeds conveying said <br /> property to the person or`spersons purchasing the same. <br /> Section 7: The council is hereby authorized to make such <br /> additional regulations in regard to said sale as may be necessary. <br /> Section 8: VT?-. 11s:AS , it is to the- best interests of said <br /> c ,t , that said property be disposed of immediately, an emergency <br /> pis declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect upon its <br /> passage and publication. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Passed APR 1 5 1918 <br /> Attest s0 <br /> ' -_ <br /> � � <br /> 40-501F <br /> pe_r. . <br /> Published: A 'R 1 7 1918 <br />
