9 <br />For purposes of this subsection, the term “public records” shall have the same meaning as <br />defined Chapter 42.56 RCW, as such chapter has been construed by Washington courts. The <br />provisions of this subsection shall survive the expiration or termination of this License. <br />(o) Counterparts / Signatures. This License may be executed in counterparts <br />with the same effect as if both parties hereto had executed the same document. Both <br />counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute a single License. Both parties agree <br />that electronic signatures, copies of signatures by photocopy, email, pdf or fax shall be <br />considered equivalent to handwritten signatures executed on paper. Scanned copies of a <br />signature will be considered the same as a handwritten signature. AdobeSign signatures are fully <br />binding. <br />[signatures on following pages(s)] <br />
