○ Provide recommendations on artists who can contribute to the visual and cultural <br />integrity of the stadium. <br />3. Design Consultation & Cultural Integration <br />○ Advise on the infusion of Coast Salish and Tulalip artistic elements into the <br />stadium's architecture. <br />○ Collaborate with DLR Group to ensure culturally appropriate and meaningful <br />design outcomes. <br />4. Community and Stakeholder Collaboration <br />○ Organize meetings and workshops with Tribal representatives, stadium <br />designers, and project stakeholders. <br />○ Ensure transparency and alignment between all parties involved. <br />5. Project Impact & Equity Enhancement <br />○ Advocate for an inclusive design process that respects Indigenous heritage and <br />identity. <br />○ Ensure that the project serves Everett’s diverse community. <br /> <br />Compensation <br />Lump Sum Fee: $20,000 <br />Headwater People will provide the services described in this proposal for a fixed lump sum fee <br />of $20,000. This fee reflects the estimated time, expertise, and scope required to fulfill the <br />services outlined. <br />Invoices will be submitted based on percentage of work completed, aligned with key project <br />milestones. Headwater People will include brief progress summaries with each invoice to <br />maintain transparency. <br />Although this is not an hourly contract, we will track and report hours worked as part of each <br />invoice to provide clarity on the level of effort.
