EXHIBIT A <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />MacLeod Reckord PLLC <br />506 Second Avenue, Suite 1021 <br />Seattle, Washington 98104 <br />P 206-323-7919 <br />Amendment 2 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Forest Park Pickleball Court Improvements <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The Scope of Work includes provision of construction administrative services for the development of <br />improvements and expansion of existing hard and soft surface sport and game courts at Forest Park. <br />Services include preconstruction meetings, regular weekly construction meetings, document review as <br />noted, material testing and construction inspections, preliminary and final punch list, and as built plans. <br />GENERAL PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br />1.Conditions and assumptions as noted in the general contract. <br />2.Contract time for Contractor is 180 calendar days. Notice to Proceed is estimated to be <br />end of September 2025 making Substantial Completion estimated to be end of July 2026. <br />SCHEDULE <br />The scope of work is premised on construction administrative support commencing in August <br />2025 and ending by December 31, 2026. <br />CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES <br />The reasons for this Amendment 2 request are as follows: <br />The overall project duration has extended due to weather delays and temporary shutdown on site over <br />the winter months. MacLeod Reckord’s workload was reduced but not eliminated entirely as the <br />Contractor continued to provide submittals and submit RFI’s. <br />As the project has resumed there have been a number of issues requiring the team to address including: <br />soft subgrade conditions, wall footing conditions, imported material, and questions from the Contractor <br />about elevations, earthwork quantities, and shop drawing submittals that have resulted in considerably <br />more time spent than originally anticipated by MacLeod Reckord and HWA. <br />Based on the work to date and the expectation of approximate completion date we are requesting the <br />following:
