April 13, 2016 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment B to the <br /> Agreement with Snohomish County Department of Emergency <br /> Management under the U. S. Department of Homeland Security Grant <br /> Program, extending the expiration date to June 30, 2016, at no cost <br /> to the City. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to the Payment <br /> Services Agreement with Metavante Corporation. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked about the management of the <br /> administrative costs associated with the Streets Initiative Fund. <br /> Council Member Franklin provided a brief explanation of the intent and the <br /> work model of the Streets Initiative Fund. <br /> Council Member Murphy asked to provide the current processes for <br /> internal control, audit, review, and authorization for the Streets Initiative <br /> Fund. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated staff will report back to the Council. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 124 <br />
