EXHIBIT B <br />Exhibit B <br />ORDINANCE Page 3 of 42 <br />17.08.130 DRIVEWAY. <br />A “driveway” is a private mobile home park service road providing vehicular access and egress between <br />individual mobile home lots and an adjoining public right-of-way. (Prior code § 17.08.130.) <br />17.08.140 FENCE. <br />“Fence” means any protective wall, shield or structure seventy-two inches or less in height. (Prior code § <br />17.08.140.) <br />17.08.150 HEALTH OFFICER. <br />“Health officer” means the Snohomish health district officer or the Snohomish health district officer’s <br />authorized representative. (Prior code § 17.08.150.) <br />17.08.160 LOT. <br />For the definition of “Lot,” see “Mobile home lot.” (Prior code § 17.08.160.) <br />17.08.170 MOBILE HOME PARK. <br />“Mobile home park” means any plot of ground upon which one or more mobile homes, occupied for <br />dwelling or sleeping purposes, are located, regardless of whether or not a charge is made for such <br />accommodation. (Prior code § 17.08.170.) <br />17.08.180 MOBILE HOME. <br />“Mobile home” means a vehicle equipped as a dwelling place. (Prior code § 17.08.180.) <br />17.08.190 MOBILE HOME—DEPENDENT OR TRAVEL TRAILERS. <br />“Dependent or travel trailer mobile home” means a mobile home dependent upon toilet and/or bathing <br />or washing facilities provided in a service building. (Prior code § 17.08.190.) <br />17.08.200 MOBILE HOME—INDEPENDENT. <br />“Independent mobile home” means a mobile home independent of toilet and/or bathing or washing <br />facilities provided in a service building. (Prior code § 17.08.200.) <br />17.08.210 MOBILE HOME LOT. <br />“Mobile home lot” means a plot of ground plainly marked by corner stakes, fences, shrubbery or other <br />devices and designed to accommodate one occupied mobile home and/or accessory buildings or uses. <br />(Prior code § 17.08.210.) <br />17.08.220 NUISANCE. <br />“Nuisance” in a mobile home park includes any of the following: <br />A. Any public nuisance known at common law or in equity jurisprudence; <br />B. Whatever is dangerous to human life or is detrimental to health; <br />C. The overcrowding of any room with occupants; <br />D. Insufficient ventilation or illumination of any room; <br />E. Inadequate or insanitary sewage or plumbing facilities;
