EXHIBIT B <br />Exhibit B <br />ORDINANCE Page 7 of 42 <br />17.12.130 TEMPORARY EDUCATIONAL USE OF MOBILE HOMES. <br />Notwithstanding Chapter 16.04 when approved by the city council, a commercially constructed and <br />custom designed mobile home (trailer) may be temporarily used and occupied for a period not to <br />exceed six months for either private or public educational purposes, or for governmental purposes. The <br />city council shall stipulate terms and conditions for such approval, including but not limited to the <br />number of parking spaces required, the number of exits required in the mobile home (trailer), the <br />distance required from adjacent properties or structures, and the plumbing and water hookups. There <br />shall be a one hundred dollar processing fee for each permit granted hereunder. (Prior code § 17.12.130.) <br />17.12.140 PROCESSING FEE FOR TEMPORARY USE OF MOBILE HOME. <br />There shall be a one hundred dollar processing fee for each trailer for which approval is requested under <br />Section 17.12.120 and/or Section 17.12.130. (Prior code § 17.12.140.) <br />CHAPTER 17.16: PLANS <br />17.16.010 REQUIRED. <br />Prior to any construction or installation of any buildings or utilities in a new or proposed mobile home <br />park, or additions, extensions, and enlargement of any existing mobile home park, the owner or <br />operator thereof shall obtain approval from the planning commission and shall place on file with the <br />planning department three complete plans of the mobile home park. All such plans shall be prepared by <br />a licensed architect, landscape architect or engineer; provided however, that an owner may develop the <br />owner’s own drawings when the owner is capable of producing drawings equivalent to the conventional <br />drawings of architects and engineers. (Prior code § 17.16.010.) <br />17.16.020 CITY REFUSAL TO EXAMINE DRAWINGS. <br />The planning department, building department, or health district, shall reserve the right to refuse to <br />examine any incomplete, unintelligible or indefinite drawings. (Prior code § 17.16.020.) <br />17.16.030 DATA REQUIRED. <br />The mobile home park plan shall be drawn to scale and completely dimensioned. Such plans shall clearly <br />set forth the following information: <br />A. Name and address of the owner and/or operator; <br />B. Address, location and legal description of the mobile home park; <br />C. Extent of the area and dimensions of the site, including topographical information with five foot <br />contour lines; <br />D. Size, location, and number of mobile home lots; <br />E. Entrances, exits, driveways and walkways, including dimensions; <br />F. Number, size and location of automobile parking accommodations;
