EXHIBIT B <br />Exhibit B <br />ORDINANCE Page 37 of 42 <br />17.56.040 LOCATION RESTRICTIONS FOR STRUCTURES. <br />No structure shall be erected, placed or maintained so as to obstruct a required opening in a cabana or <br />awning, a required open space on a site, or prevent inspection of electrical and sanitation facilities or <br />trailer equipment. (Prior code § 17.56.040.) <br />17.56.050 SITE SURFACE. <br />If the health officer considers it necessary for the protection of the health of the occupants of a <br />structure or for proper sanitation, the health officer may require that a site be graveled, or properly <br />paved and surfaced with concrete, asphalt, grass or similar material. (Prior code § 17.56.050.) <br />17.56.060 SITE OBSTRUCTIONS PROHIBITED. <br />No structure, equipment, or obstruction of any kind shall be erected, placed, or maintained on or about <br />the mobile home site that would impede the movement of a mobile home from a site to a conforming <br />driveway or prevent inspection of plumbing and electrical facilities and related mobile home equipment. <br />(Prior code § 17.56.060.) <br />17.56.070 OCCUPANT REGISTRATION. <br />Every mobile home park shall maintain a manager in charge who shall require all persons using such <br />mobile home park to register in a book kept for that purpose, showing the date, the name and address <br />of the person together with the make of automobile and the correct automobile license number. The <br />manager shall preserve such register and endorse upon the same the date of departure of the person or <br />persons registered therein, and it is unlawful for any person to make any false entry to alter or permit to <br />be erased any name, address, registration number or other information. The register shall be at all times <br />open to inspection by the police department. (Prior code § 17.56.070.) <br />17.56.080 MOBILE HOME UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION WHEN. <br />Any mobile home which shall be found by the health officer to be so damaged, decayed, dilapidated, <br />unsanitary or vermin infested that it creates a nuisance or is a hazard to the health or safety of the <br />occupants or of the public, shall be designated as unfit for human habitation. (Prior code § 17.56.080.) <br />17.56.090 REMOVAL OF UNFIT HABITATION REQUIRED. <br />No owner or operator of a mobile home park shall permit a mobile home to remain in the park when <br />the mobile home has been designated by the health officer as unfit for human habitation. (Prior code § <br />17.56.090.) <br />17.56.100 GARBAGE CONTAINER REQUIREMENTS. <br />All garbage and rubbish shall be stored in tightly covered, waterproof containers of not less than twenty <br />gallons capacity nor greater than thirty gallons capacity unless other means of storage are approved in <br />writing by the health officer. Containers shall be provided at accessible locations not farther than one <br />hundred fifty feet from any mobile home and in no case shall there be provided fewer containers than <br />one for each two mobile homes. Racks or platforms or other approved arrangement shall be provided <br />for all garbage and refuse containers and shall be so designed and maintained as to prevent containers <br />from being tipped, facilitate cleaning around the containers and prevent rodent harborage. Garbage <br />shall be disposed of in accordance with city ordinances governing garbage disposal. (Prior code § <br />17.56.100.)
