May 13, 2026 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Council recessed for an executive session at 8:09 p.m., began the executive session at 8:12 p.m. <br />and ended the session at 8:22p.m. Council reconvened at 8:22 p.m. <br /> <br />CODE COMPLIANCE LAWSUITS - 3218 LOMBARD, 3118 LOMBARD, 3114 LOMBARD, 3120 <br />LOMBARD, AND 3128 LOMBARD <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to authorize the City <br />to initiate five separate lawsuits to enforce code compliance through Snohomish County <br />Superior Court for the addresses at: 3218 Lombard owned by Michael and Sonia Dahl, and 3118 <br />Lombard, 3114 Lombard, 3120 Lombard, and 3128 Lombard all owned by Project S24 LLC. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council meeting adjourned at 8:23 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Read and approved. <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br /> Council President
