The federal award term and condition <br />is in 2 C.F.R. § 175.105, the full text of which is incorporated by reference. <br />Article 45 Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept <br />and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT) Act of 2001, Pub. L. 10756 <br />Recipients must comply with the requirements of Pub. L. 107-56, Section 817 of the USA <br />PATRIOT Act, which amends 18 U.S.C. §§ 175–175c. <br /> <br />Article 46 <br />Use of DHS Seal, Logo and Flags <br />Recipients must obtain written permission from DHS prior to using the DHS seals, logos, crests, <br />or reproductions of flags, or likenesses of DHS agency officials.
