Please include at least 2 milestones. <br />ICS eviews threat and vulnerability assessments (TVA) for Boxcar Park and surrounding critical <br />infrastructureDevelop Incident Action Plans (IAPs), crowd management strategies, and emergency response protocols <br />Procurement of equipment: emergency management tools, communications, fencing, barriers, and <br />temporary signageContract and coordinate private security services for Fan Zone operations <br />Recruitment and scheduling of surge staffing for law enforcement, fire, EMS, and traffic control <br />Conduct training and tabletop exercises with all agencies and security partners <br />Real-time event monitoring, intelligence analysis, and incident coordination (throughout all events) <br />Post-event debriefs and initial after-action reviews with all agencies <br />Documentation of lessons learned, financial reconciliation, and grant reporting.
