111111111 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 955 of the city of <br /> Everitt, entitled "An ordinance to provide for the protection and <br /> preservation of the public health, and declaring certain conditions <br /> to be a nuisance, providing for the removal and abatement of the <br /> same, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof" , by adding <br /> thereto a section to be designated as Section 43, and declaring an <br /> emergency. <br /> THE CITY OP �VERTT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Ordinance No. 955 , entitled as above set <br /> forth, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding a section, to be <br /> designated as Section 43. Said section shall read as follows: <br /> Section 43: Any person who has been exposed to smallpox <br /> shall, when ordered by the health officer, be immediately vaccinated <br /> or isolated for such time as the health officer shall direct but <br /> for not less than sixteen (16) days from the date of such exposure. <br /> If such person is not Immediately vaccinated the health officer <br /> shall make such rules and regulations in regard to the isolation <br /> of such person as may be necessary.
