An ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-second Street from Rucker Avenue to Hoyt Avenue, by removal of old lumber, sub-grading, construction of concrete curbs, cement gutters, asphalt pavement upon a suitable concrete base, making old work conform with the new, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1880 of the city of Everett, creating a local improvement district, creating a local improvement district fund, and providing that pay- ment for said improvement be made by special assessment on the prop- erty in said district by mode of 'Payment by Bonds ' . THE; CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Twenty-second Street from Rucker Avenue to Ioy t Avenue be improved by removal of old lumber, sub-grading, con- struction of concrete curbs, cement gutters, asphalt pavement upon a suitable concrete base, making old work conform with the new, and doing such other work as nay be necessary in connection therewith, such improvements to be made according to the plans and specifica- tions therefor prepared under the direction of the city engineer and now on file in the office of the city engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and aproved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included within the assessment distract hereby created in accordance 'with law. The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost and expense of such improvement. Section 3: That there is hereby established a local improve- ment district to be called"Local Improvement District No.x., r\" . Said district shall include the following property: All the property
