a • <br /> officer from carrying out the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 11: It shall be unlawful for any person as o';ner <br /> or keeper to permit or suffer any female dog in heat to run at large. <br /> Section 12: It shall be unlawful for the owner or k )eper <br /> of any vicious dog, or any dog which habitually runs after or barks <br /> A,`N at persons traveling the streets of Everett, to permit or suffer <br /> such dog to run at large, whether licensed or not. = Rg <br /> Section 13: Said Pound aster shall receive in full com ; <br /> pensation for his services the following fees, to-wit: 'l.00 for <br /> every license sold; $l.00 for every dog killed; 1.0o for every <br /> animal other than a dog impounded by him. Said compensation for <br /> each month shall be paid at the first of the following month by <br /> { tohe -Chief of Police out of the fees collected by him under this <br /> ordinance.
