SQL___ assessment and An ordinance approving and. confirming the, assessment roll of "Local Improvement District No.. 280" , for the improvement of the alley between 17etmore and Rockefeller Avenues from the south line of :ewitt Avenue to a point one hundred feet north of the north line of -all Street, by grading to proper grade, reconnecting house drains , construction of complete drainage systems construction of concrete pavement, and all other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1464, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the sale of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Secticnl:T'iat the assessment and assessment roll of "Local Improve- ment District No. 280" , for the improvement of the alley between Wetmore and Rockefeller Avenues from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to a point one hundred feet north of the north line of Nall Street, by grading to proper grade, reconnecting house drains , construction of complete drainage system, construction of concrete pavement, and all other work in connection therewith under ordinance No. 1464 as the same now stands , be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of lands and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
