parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll the amount <br /> finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the day of 1913 <br /> is hereby fixed as the date of issuance of the bonds required to be <br /> issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: Said bonds shall be sold by the city council <br /> and the city clerk shall publish a notice three times in the official <br /> newspaper calling for ,Sealed bids for said bonds. First publication <br /> of said notice shall be at least a week before the date fixed for <br /> the sale of said bonds.
