• • <br /> • <br /> easterly to the northwest corner of Lot 13, Block "A", Rucker's Second <br /> Addition; thence southeasterly along the southwest boundary of said Lot <br /> 13 to the southwest corner thereof; thence northeasterly along the south- <br /> east boundary of Lot 13, Block "A", Rucker's Second Addition to place of <br /> beginning". <br /> All the property included within said Local Improvement District <br /> and none other shall be considered and held to be the property specially <br /> benefitted by said improvement. <br /> Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called "Local <br /> Improvement Fund District No. 284", which shall consist in the aggregate <br /> of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots <br /> or parcels of land in said Local Improvement District for the purpose of <br /> defraying the cost and expense of said improvement. Out of said fund shall <br /> be paid the bonds, interest thereon, and the entire cost of said improve- <br /> ment. <br /> Section 5: That the cost and expense of such improvement shall be <br /> defrayed by special assessments, payable in ten equal annual installments, <br /> with interest at the rate of six (6 ) per cent. per annum, under mode of <br /> "Payment by Bonds", as defined by law and the charter and ordinances of <br /> said City. Bonds bearing interest at the rate of six (6) per cent. per <br /> annum, payable on or before ten (10) years from date of issue, shall be <br /> issued in payment of the cost and expense of such improvement.
