<br /> ,;4 Section 1: That there be and hereby is created and
<br /> established a special fund of the city of Everett to be known and
<br /> styled as 'Twenty-fifth Street Condemnation Fund," into which fund
<br /> shall be paid all such moneys as may be provided, received or collect-
<br /> ed for the purpose of the payment of the total cost ofopening up,
<br /> establishing and extending of Twenty-fifth Street from the east line
<br /> k' ''Ihi of Fulton Street to the west line of Walnut Street, as provided for
<br /> by Ordinance No. 1400 of said c ity,`l and against which fund all
<br /> warrants shall be drawn or issued as may be necessary in making
<br /> payment for such total costs aforesaid. ; f .,: R ,,,;t ,k;�,, s
<br /> Section 2: WHEREAS, a jury has made award to property
<br /> owners for the purpose of paying for the land taken for the purpose '
