A consultant is under contract to establish minimum landscaping plan standards&prepare graphic illustrations of land division standards for the manual. The Planning Department requests to carry forward$5,000 to cover the cost of this consultant's work in 2001. The total amount of the grant was$90,000. Work is still in progress,extra time has been required to resolve policy questions related to the plan. This request would carry forward the remaining$9,215 of the city's matching grant funds to cover grant expenses in 2001.
