Master Meters <br /> <br />a. Master meter rates and charges shall be required for water districts, water associations or other organizations <br />providing water service to 16 or more permanent services. Organizations serving less than 16 services and all <br />other customers shall be charged at the individual meter rates and charges. <br /> <br />b. The consumption charges for master meters shall be as follows: <br /> <br />i. Master meters connected East of the Snohomish River: <br /> <br />Master Meters East of <br />Snohomish River 2025 2026, Jan- <br />July <br />2026, Aug- <br />Dec 2027 <br />2028 and <br />thereafter until <br />superseded by a <br />new rate <br />ordinance <br />Meter Charge (per meter/month) $539.84 $566.83 $606.51 $630.77 $656.01 <br />Water Charge (per CCF) $0.780 $0.820 $0.877 $0.912 $0.949 <br />Added Filtration Charge (per CCF) $1.012 $1.093 $1.383 $1.439 $1.499 <br /> <br />A twenty or twenty-five percent rate multiplier shall be applied to the water charge in the tables above. Also, a <br />filtration charge as stated in the table above shall be added, to arrive at the total monthly charge. No multiplier <br />shall be applied to the filtration charge. If the city utility tax imposed by EMC 3.28.050.G does not apply to a <br />customer, then pursuant to EMC 3.28.050.G.3 the rates in the table above for such customer shall be adjusted to <br />exclude the utility tax imposed by EMC 3.28.050.G and include the PILOT imposed by City Council Resolution 2285. <br /> <br />ii. Master meters connected West of the Snohomish River: <br /> <br />For master meters connected west of the Snohomish River, the water rates and charges shall be the same as the <br />Commercial/Industrial/Governmental water rates and charges. A twenty-five percent rate multiplier shall be <br />applied to water charges. Also, a filtration charge as stated in the table below shall be added, to arrive at the total <br />monthly charge. No multiplier shall be applied to the filtration charge.
