May 27, 2026 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Day, Cruzin Colby, Lowell Park grand opening, and the Everett Public Facilities District monthly <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader advised that he will be volunteering at Clean Everett Day and reminded <br />the public to check the webpage to see what items are accepted. <br /> <br />President Schwab congratulated the Silvertips on winning the Memorial Cup, congratulated <br />Council Member Tuohy on her retirement as Director from Schack Art Center and advised the <br />retirement part is on May 28th at 5 p.m. at the Schack Art Center, and reported on his attendance <br />at the Harborview-Seahurst-Glenhaven, and View Ridge-Madison neighborhood committee <br />meetings. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson did not have any report. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney Ramsey Rammerman requested a 15-minute executive session, pursuant to RCW <br />42.31.110(1)(i) with no expected Council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Council recessed to the Executive Session at 12:54 p.m. The Executive Session began at 12:55 <br />p.m. and ended at 1:10 p.m. Council reconvened at 1:12 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8308 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$5,002,460.15 for the period of May 9, 2026, through May 15, 2026. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – EVERETT STATION LEASE AGREEMENT <br />
