• <br /> liquor made by him to any person whatsoever, date of the sale, <br /> the name of the purchaser, his residence, the kind and quantity of <br /> such liquor, and whether the sale is for medical purposes. The <br /> book shall also contain the name of the physician issuing the <br /> prescription therefor. This book and all prescriptions for intoxi- <br /> cating liquor filled shall be open for inspection by any of the <br /> authorities of said city. <br /> Section 17: No druggist within the city of Averett shall <br /> display any liquor at his place of business. <br /> Section 18: It shall be unlawful for any person, whether <br /> he be a licensed liquor dealer, owner, manager, bar tender or <br /> employee in or of any saloon or bar room to violate any of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance, and an employer or employee shall be <br /> liable and shall be punished for any violation of this ordinance. <br /> Section 19: In all prosecutions of any violation of any <br /> of the provisions of this ordinance, common fame shall be competent <br /> evidence to prove that the premises are conducted in and known as a <br /> bawdy house, a house of prostitution, disorderly house, gambling <br /> house or opium joint. <br /> Section 20: If a husband, wife, father, mother, son or <br /> daughter, or the guardian of any person objects to such person buy- <br /> ing or using intoxicating liquors, and such person is an excessive <br /> user of intoxicating liquor, they shall so notify in writing the <br /> city clerk of the city of Everett, and such notice shall be accomp- <br /> anied by satisfactory proof that such person is an excessive user <br /> of intoxicating liquor, and said clerk shall at once transmit said <br /> notice, with said proof, to the city council, and if said council <br /> finds that said proof is sufficient it shall notify the clerk to <br /> furnish to each liquor dealer in the city of Everett the name of <br />
