J <br /> Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon the <br /> taxable real and personal property in the City of Everett or <br /> subject to taxation therein, a general property tax for munici- <br /> pal purposes for the ensuing fiscal year, commencing January 1, <br /> 1913,, of One Hundred Fifty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighteen <br /> and No/100 Dollars_ ( $159,318.00 ) . <br /> Section 2: Said tax shall be apportioned to the various <br /> funds of said year as follows: <br /> ( 1 ) Park Fund 45,000.00 <br /> ( 2 ) Library Fund 4,000.00 <br /> ( ) Park Bond Interest Fund 1,800.00- <br /> (4) Sewer Bond Interest Fund 3,000.00 <br /> (5 ) Funding Bond -Interest Fund 30,000.00 <br /> ( 6 ) Sinking Fund . 6,,308..00 <br /> (7 ) Judgment Fund 12,000.00 <br /> (8 ) General Fund 97,210.00 <br /> 159,318.00 <br /> Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby <br /> directed to certify to the County Auditor a copy of this Or- <br /> dinance in order that the same may be extended upon the general <br /> assessment roll of said County in the same manner and at the same <br /> time that the 1levy. for state and county purposes is extended. <br /> Section 4. That the said tax shall be collected and <br /> paid into the City Treasury at the time .and in the manner pro- <br /> vided by the laws of the State of Washington, relating to the <br /> collection of taxes in cities of the first class. <br /> Section 5..
