<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4185-26 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled “Rotary Park Floating Dock Repairs,” <br />Fund 354, Program 112, to accumulate all costs for the project. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The City Council recognizes the need to maintain and improve City amenities. <br /> <br />B. The City Council recognizes the value and need to provide Everett residents and visitors <br />opportunities for active and boating recreational facilities. <br /> <br />C. The City recognizes that the repairs and installation to a section of floating dock located at Rotary <br />Park is required to ensure safety and continued use is available to the public. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. A special improvement project fund is hereby entitled Rotary Park Floating Dock <br />Repairs, Fund 354, Program 112. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Department Director under <br />the administration of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all <br />necessary steps to accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3. The estimated cost for the repairs of the floating dock is $100,000. <br /> <br />Section 4. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 112, Rotary Park <br />Floating Dock Repairs. <br /> <br />A.
