Exhibit D <br />Guarantor agrees to immediately pay all costs of enforcement of this Guaranty, including Landlord's <br />reasonable attorneys' fees and all costs and expenses of suit and in preparation therefor and on appeal <br />therefrom. Any sums due hereunder which are not paid when due shall bear interest at a rate equal to the <br />lesser of 12% or the maximum rate permitted by law. This Guaranty shall continue in full force and effect and <br />shall be unaffected by any bankruptcy, reorganization or insolvency of Tenant or any successor or assign of <br />Tenant or any disaffirmance or rejection of the Lease by a trustee of Tenant or any trustee of any successor <br />or assign of Tenant.
