'v t0_�� �.. <br /> An ordinance pr.^.vi.t_.i,:g for the establishment and changing <br /> of the grades of Hoyt Avenue from the south line of Hewitt Avenue <br /> to the north line of Forty-first ,street and of 1-all Street from the <br /> • <br /> west line of Colby Avenue to the east line of I?ucker Avenue, and <br /> approaches there;.o , in conformity vtith such established grades , and <br /> the construction of the necessary viaducts , slopes , and retaining <br /> walls , for cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said streets, <br /> providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensa- <br /> tion to be made for the property and property rights taken or damaged <br /> for said .purposes , and providing the manner in which the cost and <br /> expense of such establishment and change of grade shall be made. <br /> WHEREAS , The city council has determined, and hereby does <br /> determine that public ,necessi ty demands that the grades of Hoyt <br /> Avenue and Tall Street, between the points above set forth, be <br /> re-established and changed, and <br /> WHEREAS , said establishing and changing of grades will be <br /> a special benefit to certain lots , premises and other proeerty, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, T -L CITY OF ; VERETT DO ;S ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the grade of Hoyt Avenue in the city of <br /> Everett from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to the north line of <br /> Forty-first street be and the sale is hereby established, altered, <br /> and changed to the following grade: At the southeast corner of <br /> Ie-; itt Avenue 212.17 ; at the southwest corner of Hewitt Avenue <br /> 211.57; at the north line of wall street 231; at the south line of <br /> Wall street 232.40; at a point 100 feet north of the north line of <br /> Pacific Avenue 237.78; at the north line of Pacific Avenue 238.60; <br /> at the south line of Pacific Avenue 238.60; at the northeast corner <br /> of Thirty-second street 242.30; at -he northwest corner of Thirty- <br /> second street 241.30; at the southeast corner of Thirty-second <br /> street 242.30; at the southwest corner of Thirty-second street 241.30 <br />
