V`J __ _,�,=._e_ An ordinance providing for the improvement of Rockefeller Avenue from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to the north line of Pacific Avenue by removal of old lumber, construction of six foot concrete walks , and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with resolution No. 1787 , creating' a loaal improvement district therefor, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on property in said district by mode of 'payment by bonds ' . THE CITY OF 1 VERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Rockefeller Avenue from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to the north line of Pacific Avenue be improved by removal of old lumber, construction of six foot cement walks , cross walks, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, such improvement to be made according to the plans and specifications therefor prepared under the direction of the city engineer now on file in the office of the city engineer, which said plans, and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That. the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary and incidental expenses , shall be borne by and assessed against. the property included in the assessment district hereafter created in accordance with law. The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost and expense of such improvement. Section 3: That thene is hereby established a local improvement district, to be called Local Iiiiprovement District No. 4r1 which shall contain the following described property: All the property between the termini of said improvement abutting upon, adjacent, vicinal or proximate to such portion of said Rockefeller Avenue as above set forth, to a -distance back from the marginal
