I L <br /> An ordinance providing for the improveiient of Oakes <br /> Avenue from the south line of Twenty-second street to the north <br /> line of Hewitt Avenue, by clearing, grubbing, grading, regrading, <br /> sub-grading, paving with asphalt laid upon suitable concrete foun- <br /> dation, by construction of concrete sidewalks, concrete or armoured. <br /> concrete curbs, by the construction of brick or asphalt gutters, <br /> by the construction of the necessary sewers, manholes, catch basins, <br /> drains , flush tanks , together with the appurtenances necessary <br /> for the proper severing and draining of the district, by relocating <br /> hydrants , by grading and planking the intersecting street and alley <br /> approaches to make them acceskible, together with such other work <br /> as may be necessary to complete the improvement, all in accordance <br /> with resolution No. 1735 of the city of Everett, creating a local <br /> improvement district therefor, creating a local improvement district <br /> fund therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be <br /> made by special assessment upon the property in said district, pay- <br /> able by the mode of 'payment by bonds ' . <br /> THE CITY OF EVER TT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Oakes Avenue from the south line of <br /> Twenty-second street to the north line of Hewitt Avenue be improved <br /> by clearing, grubbing, grading, regrading, sub-grading, paving <br /> with asphalt laid upon a suitable concrete foundation, by construc- <br /> tion of concrete sidewalks , concrete or armoured concrete curbs,by <br /> the construction of brick or asphalt gutters, by the construction <br /> of the necessary sewers, manholes, catch basins , drains, flush <br /> tanks , together with the appurtenances necessary for the proper <br /> sewering and draining of the district, by relocating hydrants,by <br /> grading and planking the intersecting street and alley approaches to <br /> make them accessible, together with such other work as may be <br /> necessary to complete the improvement, such improvement to be made <br /> according to the plans and specifications therefor prepared under <br /> / <br />
