A strip of land twelve (12) feet wide on each side of a <br /> center line through all lands hot heretofore dedicated, situate and <br /> lying within the following limits: From the center of the alley now <br /> existing in Block 464, Falconer's Addition to the city of Everett, to <br /> the center line of the alley now existing in Block 5 , of the Hatch <br /> Heirs' First Addition to the city of Everett. <br /> A strip of land twelve (12) feet wide on each side of a <br /> center line through all lands not heretofore dedicated, situate and <br /> lying within the following limits: From the center line of the alley <br /> in Block 2, Ohio Addition to the city of Everett, Smith and parallel <br /> to the west line of Cedar Street, to Twenty-fifth Street. <br /> A strip of land twelve (12) feet wide on each side of a <br /> center line through all lands not heretofore dedicated, situate and <br /> lying within the following limits: From the center line of the alley <br /> in block 541, Currie's Addition to the city of Everett, south and <br /> parallel to the west line of Pine Street, to Twenty-fifth Street. <br /> Section 2: That the city attorney be, and he is hereby <br /> instructed to institute a suit to condemn the land necessary to be <br /> acquired by the city of Everett for the purpose of opening up and <br /> establishing said alleys , described in Section 1 of this ordinance, <br /> and to take such other action as may be necessary for that purpose. <br /> Section 3: An assessment district is hereby established <br /> as follows: Said assessment district shall include all the property <br /> between the termini of said proposed alleys to be opened up and <br /> established, and described in Section 1 of thos ordinance, abutting <br /> upon, adjacent or proximate to said proposed alleys to a distance <br /> back from the marginal lines thereof to the center line of the <br /> blocks facing or abutting thereon, provided that in any case such <br /> distance back shall be at least ninety (90) feet, and provided <br /> further that in case of unpiatted property the distance back shall <br /> be the same distance as that included in the assessment of the <br /> platted lands immediately adjacent thereto. <br /> All the property in said assessment district and none <br />
