from sue '' _ taxation 25 per cent; and for the year 1914, 50 per cent; <br /> and for the year 1915 , 75 per cent; and thereafter 100 per cent of <br /> the value of all buildings, structures and improvements and other <br /> fixtures of whatsoever kind upon land within said city; and for the <br /> year 1913 and thereafter, all personal property within the city of <br /> Everett shall b . exempt from taxation; that for the purpose of <br /> assessment as herein provided, the foregoing exempted property shall <br /> be considered as separated from, and as not included in the defini- <br /> tion of 'real property' .
