ILA <br /> An ordinance providing for the opening up and establishing <br /> of a street in the city of Everett from the southeast corner of <br /> the Pacific College Association tract along the southerly boundary <br /> of said tract to the southwest corner of said Pacific College <br /> Association tract, all in Section 31, Township 25 North, of R" ge <br /> 5 East, 7.M. as a public street and hl.ighway, over and across certain <br /> lands, lots, blocks, tracts and parcels of land in the city of <br /> Everett, providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just <br /> compensation to be made for the land and other property rights <br /> taken or damaged thereby, and providing the manner in which the <br /> cost and expense of such opening and esta 3_w ;--r <br /> and establishing an assess_eent district. <br /> 7HIREAS, public necessity demands that the proposed <br /> street above described be opened up and established as a public <br /> street and highway, between the points above described, and <br /> `HEREAS , it is determined that such opening up and <br /> establishing of said street is a public necessity, and that the same <br /> shall be of special benefit to certain lands , premises and other <br /> property, <br /> NOW Ti7.:t R I +'ORE, THE CITY OF EVER.ET T DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That a street be, and the same is hereby opened <br /> up and established as a public street and highway from the southeast <br /> corner of the Pacific College Association tract, along the southern <br /> boundary of said tract to the southwest corner of the Pacific <br /> College Association tract, all in Section 31, Township 25 North, <br /> of Range 5 East, Vi. M. over and across certain lands, blocks, <br /> tracts, and parcels of land in said city of Everett, and more <br /> particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br /> ',Beginning at the center of Section 31, Township 29 N. <br /> Range ,5, East, W.M. run north 00 degrees , 06 minutes, 39 seconds <br /> west along the north and south center line of section 31, a distance <br /> of 463.21 feet to the true point of beginning: thence angle left <br /> 139 degrees , 45 minutes , 57 seconds, 5.38 feet to the point of curve; <br /> thence on a , urve to the right with a radius 119.07 feet- through <br /> Said lands, rights and privileges and other property are to be <br />
