Acknowledgment <br />The Office of Public Defense (OPD) and Recipient, as defined above, acknowledge and accept the terms of <br />this Contract and any attachments, exhibits and hyperlinked documents herein, and have executed this <br />Contract on the date below. The rights and obligations of both parties are governed by this Contract and the <br />other documents incorporated by reference. <br />11. Authority <br />The terms and conditions of this Contract are an integration of and constitute the final, entire, and exclusive <br />understanding of the agreement between the parties, superseding and merging all previous agreements, <br />writings, and communications between the parties made prior to or at the signing of this Contract.
