Nothing contained in the Ordinance is intended nor shall be construed to create or form <br /> the basis of any liability on the part of the City, or its officers, employees or agents, <br /> resulting from any action or inaction on the part of the City related in any manner to the <br /> enforcement of this Ordinance by its officers, employees, or agents. <br /> SECTION 4: SUPERSEDE-This Ordinance supersedes the City's Interim <br /> Administrative Procedures regulations, Ordinance No. 2136-96 and Ordinance No. 2330. <br /> 1, ,, 98 as amended (EMC 15 ), and the Shoreline Permit Procedures Ordinance, Ordinance <br /> No's. 723-80 and 1122-85 (Chapter 20.12 EMC). <br /> SECTION 5: SEVERABILITY <br /> If any section, sentence, clause or phrase or this Ordinance should be held to be invalid or <br /> unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or <br /> unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, <br /> sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 6: The City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make <br /> necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of <br /> scrivener's/clerical errors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers <br /> and any references thereto. <br /> b/ �1 - ~km.. <br /> W D.
