Page 1 <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing local project review procedures for the processing of land use <br /> project permit applications as required by RCW 36.70.B, Local Project Review, superseding the <br /> interim administrative procedures regulations, Ordinance No. 2136-96 and Ordinance No. 2330- <br /> I <br /> 98 (EMC 15:12), shoreline permit procedures regulations, Ordinance No. 723-80 and 1122-85 <br /> (EMC 20.12), and conforming land use procedures with revisions to the comprehensive plan and <br /> companion ordinances; <br /> 2.
