Grantor is the fee owner of real property located at 1871 Ross Avenue in <br /> Everett and legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property"). Grantor <br /> operates a marina on the Property and is seeking permits for several maintenance and <br /> upgrade projects to the marina, including the construction of boat washes and fuel <br /> canopy replacements. Grantor anticipates undertaking additional development and <br /> permitting activities on the Property in the future to support ongoing marina operations. <br /> B.
