B. The responsible official, Everett City Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, Washington <br /> 98201, telephone (206) 259-8731, shall be responsible for the city's compliance with <br /> WAC 197-11-550 whenever the city is a consulted agency and is authorized to develop <br /> operating procedures which will ensure that responses to consultation requests are <br /> prepared in a timely fashion and include data from all appropriate departments of the city. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> EMC 20.04.110 Designation of official to perform consulted agency responsibilities for <br /> the City. <br /> A. The responsible official, Everett City Hall, 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 800, <br /> Everett, Washington 98201, telephone (425) 257-8731 shall be responsible for <br /> preparation of written comments for the City in response to a consultation request prior to <br /> a threshold determination, participation in predraft consultation, participation in scoping, <br /> and reviewing a draft EIS. <br /> B. The City's responsible official, shall be responsible for the City's compliance with <br /> WAC 197-11-550 whenever the City is a consulted agency and is authorized to develop <br /> operating procedures which will ensure that responses to consultation requests are <br /> prepared in a timely fashion and include data from all appropriate departments of the <br /> City. <br /> SECTION 22: That Section 6A of Ordinance No. 1348-87 (EMC 20.04.220) which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> EMC 20.04.220 Adoption by reference. <br /> This article contains rules for using and supplementing existing environmental documents <br /> prepared under SEPA or The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to meet the <br /> city's environmental review responsibilities under SEPA. The city adopts the following <br /> sections of WAC Chapter 197-11 by reference: <br /> 197-11-600 When to use existing environmental documents <br /> 197-11-610 Use of NEPA documents <br /> 197-11-620 Supplemental environmental impact statement- Procedures <br /> 197-11-625 Addenda- Procedures <br /> 197-11-630 Adoption-Procedures <br /> 197-11-635 Incorporation by reference-Procedures <br /> 197-11-640 Combining documents <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY SUPERSEDED BY THE PROVISIONS OF <br /> THE CITY'S LOCAL PROJECT REVIEW PROCEDURES ORDINANCE. <br /> SECTION 23: That Section 7A of Ordinance No. 1348-87 (EMC 20.04.230) which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> EMC 20.04.230 Adoption by reference. <br /> 26 <br />
