This Agreement specifies the <br /> City's requirements for compliance with the terms and conditions, and identifies the limitations as to which <br /> herbicides, adjuvants and marking dyes are used. Direct in-water treatments are not allowed under this <br /> permit or through this Agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Application and Agreement with the Washington State Department of <br /> Agriculture for Limited Agent Status for aquatic noxious weed control. <br /> 127 <br />
