It is a financially unconstrained list. The <br /> Resolution authorizes city staff to seek funding for the various project phases which could include design, <br /> right-of way acquisition,equipment acquisition, construction,or implementation. <br /> The Transportation Advisory Committee and Planning Commission have reviewed the 2017-2022 TIP and <br /> recommend its approval. <br /> RECOMIVIENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt a Resolution adopting the Annual Transportation Improvement Program(TIP)update for 2017-2022. <br /> 17 <br />
