EMC 18.28.140 Parking improvements. <br /> All existing and proposed uses for a division of land are required to provide parking to <br /> meet the requirements of the Everett Zoning Code and this title. All required parking <br /> areas and access shall be concrete or paved to city standards and shall meet the width <br /> requirements as defined by the Everett Zoning Code. No parking areas or access will be <br /> allowed within the required private open space as defined in the design and development <br /> provisions of this chapter. <br /> SECTION 20: That Section 7(F)(11)(C) of Ordinance No. 2328-98 (EMC 18.28.160 C) <br /> which reads as follows: <br /> C. Runoff control facilities shall be located and designed in such a manner as to <br /> minimize the impact on the project, adjacent public streets, or surrounding land uses. The <br /> area set aside for the runoff control facilities shall be designed to meet one of the <br /> following options: <br /> 1. Natural Drainage System. A system that is designed as an amenity to the subdivision <br /> or short subdivision and which functions as passive open space and runoff control; or <br /> 2. Screened Drainage System. A system that is designed for runoff control that is not <br /> compatible with the development unless screened and landscaped. The director shall <br /> determine the necessary landscaping requirements as defined in Section 18.28.080 of this <br /> chapter based on the facility's size, design, and location; or <br /> 3. Runoff Control and Recreation Tract. A system utilizing underground runoff control <br /> to the maximum extent practical in order to minimize the size and scope of the required <br /> surface facilities, combined with a recreation play area and/or park.. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> C.
