t <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 3G of ordinance No. 1355-87 (EMC 2.96.030D) which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> "Class of properties eligible for special valuation" means properties listed on the National <br /> Register of Historic Places or certified listed as contributing to a National Register <br /> Historic District until such time as Everett becomes a Certified Local Government <br /> (CLG). Once Everett becomes a Certified Local Government, the class of properties <br /> eligible for special valuation shall be properties listed on the Everett register of historic <br /> places or properties certified as contributing to an Everett register historic district. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> "Class of properties eligible for special valuation" means properties listed on the Everett <br /> Register of Historic Places or certified as contributing to an Everett Register Historic <br /> District. <br /> Section 2: Section 3T of Ordinance No. 1355-87 (EMC 2.96.030T) which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> "Universal Transverse Mercator" or "UTM" means the grid zone in metric measurement <br /> providing for an exact point of numerical reference. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY DELETED <br /> Section 3: Section 4D(1) of ordinance No. 1355-87 as amended by Ordinance No. 1956- <br /> 93 (EMC 2.96.040D(1))which reads as follows: <br /> Maintain a comprehensive inventory of historic resources within the boundaries of the <br /> city known as the Everett historic resource survey; publicize and periodically update <br /> survey results. (Properties listed on the survey shall be recorded on official zoning <br /> records with an "HS" for historic zoning survey/designation); This designation shall not <br /> change or modify the underlying zone classification; <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Maintain a comprehensive inventory of historic resources within the boundaries of the <br /> city known as the Everett historic resource survey; publicize and periodically update <br /> survey results. ; This designation shall not change or modify the underlying zone <br /> classification; <br /> Section 4: Section 4G of Ordinance No. 1355-87 as amended by Ordinance No. 1956-93 <br /> (EMC 2.96.040G) which reads as follows: <br /> Commission Staff.
