ORDINANCE NO. 2549-01 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the alley located in Block 8, Plat of Queen Anne Addition to Everett. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, did by Resolution No. 5052 duly adopt and fix the 27th day of June, 2001 at 8:30A.M., as the date of public hearing; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and determination of said Resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, the issues were publicly presented; and WHEREAS, this petitioner applied for said right of way vacation prior to the City of Everett's adoption of Resolution No. 5083 amending the compensation requirements for right of way vacations; and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that the said right of way resolved to be vacated should be vacated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this ordinance: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the following described rights-of-way: All that portion of Block 8, Plat of Queen Anne Addition to Everett, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 42, records of Snohomish County, Washington; described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 7 of said block and plat; THENCE, West along the South lines of Lots 7 through 12, inclusive, of said block to the Southwest corner of said Lot 12; THENCE, South along the Southerly projected West line of said Lot 12 to the Northwest corner of Lot 13 of said block; THENCE, East along the North lines of Lots 13 through 18, inclusive, of said Block 8, to the Northeast corner of said Lot 18 of said block; THENCE, North along the Northerly projected East line
