Outstanding, when used as of a particular time with reference to Bonds, means all Bonds <br /> delivered hereunder except: <br /> (a) Bonds cancelled by the Registrar or surrendered to the Registrar for <br /> cancellation; <br /> (b) Bonds paid or deemed to have been paid within the meaning of this <br /> ordinance; and <br /> (c) Bonds in lieu of or in substitution for which replacement Bonds have been <br /> executed by the City and delivered by the Registrar hereunder. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bank Bonds shall remain outstanding until the Bank is <br /> paid all amounts due on such Bonds. <br /> Person means an individual, a corporation, a partnership, a limited liability company, an <br /> association, a joint stock company, a trust, an unincorporated organization, a governmental body, <br /> a political subdivision, a municipal corporation, a public corporation or any other group or <br /> organization of individuals. <br /> Principal Payment Date means the Maturity Date or Dates and any Redemption Date for <br /> the Bonds. <br /> Projects means capital expenditures to be made by the City following approval of the <br /> Council. <br /> Purchase Account means the account by that name maintained by the Registrar in <br /> accordance with Section 4.04 hereof <br /> Purchase Date means any Business Day. <br /> Purchase Price means (a) an amount equal to the principal amount of any Bond <br /> purchased on any Purchase Date,plus, in the case of any purchase of a Bond in the Weekly Mode <br /> -10- P\CMW\CMW4ZL 11/20/01 <br />
