Classification Criteria 1. Aquatic areas seaward of the ordinary high water mark that ranked in the top quartile of assessment units within the Urban Growth Boundary for salmonid habitat in the 2000 SEWIP Salmon Overlay, and all assessment units, except the Maulsby mudflats, that ranked in the top quartile within Ecological Management Unit pairs for salmonid habitat. 2.
