Aquatic areas seaward of the ordinary high water mark that ranked in the top quartile of <br /> assessment units within the Urban Growth Boundary for salmonid habitat in the 2000 <br /> SEWIP Salmon Overlay, and all assessment units, except the Maulsby mudflats, that <br /> ranked in the top quartile within Ecological Management Unit pairs for salmonid habitat. <br /> 2.
